Events in Chiltern Region, National and Inter National
Players do not need a license to play in open club events or Three Shires competition
Regional Competitions are open to anyone holding an Chiltern Region EPA license.
*Regional Round Robins - decide the Chiltern
Region triples Squad for the Inter-Regional Championship/Challenge competition (12 Teams), The Top teams gets the title of
regional Triples winners. Top 2 teams represent Chiltern at the Champion of Champion Triples, Top 5 teams represent chiltern
at Tri- Way.
* Regional Junior Try Outs - To select
Juniors to reprsent the region in a junior team at various event within and outside of the region.
* Regional Doubles - The top 2 teams
represent Chiltern at the Champion of Champion Pairs
National and international events are open to players holding an EPA license with a photo and the
official stamp (this can be done when re-newing your license by enclosing a photo, there is no extra charge for this).
Minors - under 11 years
Cadets - 11 to 14
Junior EPA Doubles/Triples - 14 to 18 The Junior Doubles and Triples
combined will be used to select the team to represent England at the Junior European Championship and Home Nations Tournament(Children
can play in events designed for an older age group but will not be allowed to play in a younger group)
Triples Championships - The team placed first over all in the 3 English Triples
Championship Qualifiers will qualify as the open team at the INSPT.
Triples Championships Top 16 - The team placed first in the EPA Triples Championship
top 16 will qualify to represent Englandat a European event or the World Championships.
Ladies Triples Qualifiers -The team placed first over all in the 2 Ladies Triples
Championship Qualifiers will qualify torepresent England at the INSPT . The top team after the ladies
top 8 qualify to represent England in a european or Ladies World Championships event.
Espoirs Triples 18 - 23- The team placed first over all in the 2 Espoirs Triples
Championship Qualifiers events will qualify to represent England at the INSPT.
EPA Home Nations Qualifying event - Qualification to represent England in the Home
Nations will be the top 8 teams
Champion of Champions
- The top two teams from the regional Doubles/triples play against other regions.
