The Chiltern Region strongly advises all
of its members to hold a membership card/licence. (It will cost you nothing to change from a membership card to a licence.)
How to turn an EPA membership
card into a BPF licence.
You must add a recent passport size photograph of the holder (member) to your
membership card.
It then must be marked with the stamp of the British Pétanque Federation partway
across the photograph so that it continues onto the card. (please contact Derek Northend to get your card stamped)
Finally it must have the following information of the holder (member):
1. Full Name
2. Club Name
3. Date of Birth
4. Nationality (British)
5. Valid to Date
6. Licence Number (should be unique to the holder)
7. Members Signature
8. Club Presidents Signature
(or either the membership secretary or regional president)
Please check with the EPA/BPA that the licence information given above is correct.
All fees are subject to annual review by the Chiltern Committee after
reviewing the Annual Budget.
